Ross Whitehurst joined Curley & Rothman, LLC after graduating from Villanova University School of Law in May of 2015. His current practice focuses on real estate law and title insurance litigation.
Prior to his time with the firm, Mr. Whitehurst worked as a compliance attorney, where he gained experience in the areas of creditors rights and regulatory compliance. Mr. Whitehurst also previously worked as a law clerk for a Philadelphia law firm in the areas of criminal law and appellate advocacy, and as a legal intern at a Montgomery County law firm in the areas of criminal law, municipal law and civil litigation.
As a law student, Mr. Whitehurst served as a teaching assistant to Villanova’s Transactional Legal Writing course and was awarded the 2015 American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence upon graduation. Mr. Whitehurst graduated cum laude from Ursinus College in May of 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science.
