Who We Are

Curley & Rothman LLC is a boutique law firm focused on employment law, real estate, general litigation, and advising business owners.  Situated along the Schuylkill River in thriving Conshohocken,the firm serves clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 corporations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Leveraging modern technology to curate the always-evolving legal landscape, we provide forthright advice and skillful advocacy. Our credo is "relentless representation" because we stay dedicated to every engagement, with unflagging vigor, from start to finish.

Founded in 2004,the firm is led by Charles (Chuck) Curley, a crafty litigator and trusted counselor to individuals and businesses, large and small.  Chuck's primary expertise is employment law, but he also manages the firm's multi-faceted civil litigation caseload. 

Scott Rothman, who joined the firm as an associate in 2005, leads the firm's growing real estate practice, which comprises litigation, development, and transactional work.  Through his longstanding service in the courtroom on behalf of title insurance companies, Scott has also developed the skill set to handle many types of civil litigation.
